Who has this, you think it's all lost and any more energy put into it is a waste of time and suddenly things change for the better? It happened to me, I guess.


A kind and informative email arrived a moment ago in my inbox. And yes, from PayPal, eh, BeyPal or now maybe HeyPal? Of course I am polite and more than willing to resolve this issue and I really hope a new email arrives some time today or the coming days with the solution.


I will keep you informed. Maybe I should also write how Adobe Inc. was unwilling to help when I paid, what was it 400 euros, for a Golive to Golive CS2 upgrade and it didn't accept the serial number that came with the license. But so many people have already complained.


And I actually do not want to have a Blog full of misery...
