This has actually taken me by surprise, no time to keep my blog or web site alive, hardly any time to further my projects. I have been ill for 2 weeks, or was it 1 week? A simple but annoying flu which drained most of my energy. Now I have to start to get up to speed. Luckily Captika helps me as he demands to go out 5 or more times a day. I like it a lot in fact, a fresh nose and some companion who is funny at times but since 3 days scared of every little thing. Last Friday the dog of a good friend of ours came in our garden, not on the leash, and scared the shit out of Captika. The poor dog didn't know what was happening but since then he refuses to do his poo in the garden (which I always clean up of course).
Now sitting inside at the kitchen table. Behind me the concrete desktop which needs finishing. I tried dry sanding but the dust was to much, long story. This afternoon up to the store to find tools for wet sanding. Probably can't find what I am looking for but let's see what I can come up with this time. I should return to one of my favorite sites, lynda.com and study ActionScript 3. In the back of my head there is this thought that there are people much more skilled who can do my work in a few hours. I have to spend weeks and weeks to get some simple stuff done it feels. I admit, my days are broken up into small pieces so not much room to concentrate on learning AS3 and building what I want.
And now back to Lynda...
